Programs & Camps

After School Program

When: Monday - Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Where: South Routt Community Center

Cost: $7 a day

Description: Students participating in the After School Program can take the Soroco bus to the South Routt Community Center. The After School Program provides a daily snack, fun arts and crafts, homework time, as well as free time for your child to unwind and have fun with their peers.

Friday Camp

When: Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 

Where: South Routt Community Center 

Cost: $30 a day 

Description: At Oak Creek Friday Camp, students will be able to participate in free play with their peers, arts and crafts, outside time, fun activities, and field trips. To register please fill out the Friday Camp Registration Form and send it to [email protected] or turn it into Oak Creek Town Hall.

Summer Camp

When: Dates TBA for 2024

Where: South Routt Community Center 

Cost: $30 a day 

Description: At Oak Creek Friday Camp, students will be able to participate in free play with their peers, arts and crafts, outside time, fun activities, and field trips. To register please fill out the Friday Camp Registration Form and send it to [email protected] or turn it into Oak Creek Town Hall.

Dance Class Session I

Session I of Dance Class will be for students in K-1st grade

When: Tuesdays, Aug 29, Sept 5, 12, 19, 26 and Oct 3 

Where: Middle School Auditorium 

Cost: $30, scholarships available.

Description:  To register fill out the Dance Class Registration Form and email it to [email protected] or turn it in at Oak Creek Town Hall.  Space is limited - please await confirmation.

Bike Club with The Cycle Effect 

1st -5th Grades

When: Tuesdays, Sept 19, 26 and Oct 3

Where: South Routt Community Center 

Cost: $20 - scholarships available.

Description: To register fill out the Bike Registration and waiver. and email it to [email protected] or turn it in at Oak Creek Town Hall.  Space is limited - please await confirmation.

Cheerleading Club - 2nd-5th grade

When:Thursdays Sept 14-Oct 19th, plus Oct 18 rehersal

Where:  Middle School Auditorium

Cost: $35, includes admission to watch performances at Soroco High School. scholarships available. 

Description: Children will learn cheers, and perform on Oct 19th at Volleyball and football games at Soroco High School.

Board and Card Games

6,7,8th graders

When: Mondays Sept 25, Oct 2, 9, & 16 -- 4:05-5:15

Where: Meet at Middle School, Club at South Rout Community Center

Cost: $20, scholarships available.

Adult Hiking Club

All Levels Welcome.

When: Mondays, Sept 25th, Oct 2nd and Oct 9th.--- 10 am

Where: South Routt Community Center 

Cost: $20 - scholarships available.

A current 2023-2024 Recreation Family Record must be on file before your child attends After School, Friday Camp, or Summer Camp.

Please send an up to date copy of your child’s immunizations 

If your child is not immunized, you must submit the following documentation annually

Parents are required to read the Oak Creek School Age Parent Handbook before their child attends our programs.
