Adult Brain and Body Movement-new!
This is a class designed for adults 18 and up (this includes seniors). We will start seated and utilize exercise to strengthen and invigorate the extremities, activating the brain and creating movement patterns to enhance mobility and ease. We will use imagery and creative movement. Each class will provide opportunities to challenge coordination, balance, and creativity. Those living with MS, Parkinson's or other neurodegenerative disease strongly welcomed. Email recreation@townofoakcreek.com for specific questions.

Adult Learn to Skate

5:46-6:30pm (arrive early to get your skates on)
At the Ice Arena in Oak Creek. MUST WEAR A HELMET. We have skates to borrow and some helmets.

Adult Hockey Returns to Oak Creek!
Join us THURSDAY NIGHTS at 8:30 this winter for a fastpaced skate and help raise some money for the Oak Creek
Kodiaks. 50% of ice fees go directly to the Kodiaks, with
another possible donation at the end of the season based on
overall participation. This skate is geared towards A/B
players with competitive hockey experience. Contact Mark
Stepp (970) 819-1939 to find out more info and reserve your
spot for the week or for the whole season. Estimated start
date of Jan 8 and runs until the ice melts.
$10-$15 per player per session. Goalies are free!
