After School Program
After School Program
There are three sessions each school year:
Session I - Runs mid August through November. Registration opens Mid July each year.
Session II- Runs End of November through February, Registration Opens Mid October each year.
Session III - Runs March -May registration opens late January each year.
When: Monday - Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Where: SOROCO Middle School
Cost: $10 a day
Description: Students participating in the After School Program can take the Soroco bus to the Middle School. The After School Program provides a daily snack, fun arts and crafts, homework time, as well as free time for your child to unwind and have fun with their peers. After Care Registration and Family Records forms are required and available - email registration@townofoakcreek.com

When: Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Where: SOROCO Middle School
Cost: $40 a day
Description: At Oak Creek Friday Camp, students will be able to participate in free play with their peers, arts and crafts, outside time, fun activities, and field trips. To register please fill out the Friday Camp Registration Form please email recreation@townofoakcreek.com with any questions.

Registration for summer camp opens each year in early Feb to ensure families can plan for childcare each summer.
Summer camp runs early Jun -early August. M-TH 7:30am-5:30pm and Fridays 7:30am-4pm. Please view our handbook for more details and daily schedule.

Recreation Family Record
A current 2025/26 Recreation Family Record (pdf) or online version must be on file before your child attends After School, Friday Camp, or Summer Camp each year.
Immunizations
Please send an up to date copy of your child’s immunizations.
If your child is not immunized, you must submit the following documentation annually

Parents are required to read the Oak Creek School Age Parent Handbook before their child attends our programs. View it here.

Tuition Assistance
If your family is in need of tuition assistance, please follow these steps.
- Apply for CCCAP: Application Packet English & Application Packet Spanish
- If you don't qualify for CCCAP, apply to First Impressions Tuition Assistance. For more information, click here.
- If you don't qualify for either CCCAP or First Impression Tuition Assistance, contact the director at recreation@townofoakcreek.com
