A copy of your child’s immunizations and an updated Family Record are required by Monday, May 9th. If your child attends Soroco Preschool or Soroco Elementary, you can contact the school to forward your child’s immunization to Erika Petersen. 

Please read the current Town of Oak Creek School Age Care Handbook. Parents and guardians must comply with the rules & regulations of the programs as stated in the Handbook regarding tuition, registration,
discipline, attendance, health, clothing and other items as specified.

Financial Assistance: If your family needs to apply for financial assistance, there are three programs you can apply for. The Department of Human Services offers the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP) for those who qualify. If you do not qualify for CCCAP, you can apply for First Impressions Tuition Assistance. If you do not qualify for either of these programs, you can apply for the Town of Oak Creek’s Tuition Assistance Program. For more information, please contact Erika Petersen.

After School Program 

The After School Program runs from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Students participating in the After School Program can take the Soroco bus to the South Routt Community Center. The After School Program provides a daily snack, fun arts and crafts, homework time, as well as free time for your child to unwind and have fun with their peers.

Full Day Friday Program 

Full Day Friday runs from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. at the South Routt Community Center. This program is for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Students will be able to participate in free play, arts and crafts, outside time, fun activities, and field trips.
