Taste of South Routt

A Little History:

The Taste of South Routt, affectionately known as TOSR, was started in 1997 as a cooperative effort by two local restaurants and the local Economic Development Council. Admission to the event was, and still is, $1; beer was $1 each; and each food vendor offered a $1 item. Local musicians and a beer garden lend a festive atmosphere to the event.

In following years, other vendors of all type were added. The South Routt Economic Development Council took over the event a few years later. This outdoor event, held rain or shine, serves two purposes. First, it is an opportunity for local businesses to provide a sample of their products or services to a concentrated audience. Additionally, we also see this event as a Thank You party for the community that supports its local businesses.
