Recreation Coordinator: Please contact Johanna Farley at firstname.lastname@example.org with any additional questions or comments regarding the After School, Full Friday or Summer Day Camp programs.
The After School Program is offered Mondays through Thursdays during the school year, and the Friday Full Day Program is offered every Friday during the regular school session through May 30th following the Soroco school calendar. Transportation is provided Monday through Thursday via school bus from Soroco Elementary School in Yampa to the South Routt Community Center in Oak Creek. Mondays through Thursdays kids will find themselves in a supportive environment where they can work on homework, have a healthy after school snack, and get a bit of active play time as well as opportunities for free play and arts and crafts. We will also be continuing other enriching classes. On Fridays, programming will include math and science enrichment activities, environmental/outdoor education experiences, community service and outreach, as well as other opportunities that are available working with our partners, including Rocky Mountain Youth Corps, Stagecoach State Park, Partners of Routt County and Yampatika.
